wanna get away? us too

Hello to all! Peter and I initially created this blog for anyone interested in getting free info on new places to camp! However....I found it hard to keep this blog updated thus its demise. I'm now a happy stay at home mom (I know, I wasn't sure I'd ever say that!) with lots of cooking, craft, and scrapbooking/card making ideas that are easy and that I'd like to share!! Plus who doesn't want to laugh at a first time mom trying her hardest not be overwhelmed?! Stay tuned, I promise to!

My little girl celebrated her 6 month birthday recently....and for her dessert?? a SNOWBALL of course, courtesy of Opa Nelson. She really liked it and her Opa and Oma had so much fun watching her make a mess....cause they didn't have to clean it up of course. ;)

My girl is growing right up....and I'm enjoying every day of it. I'm thankful I'm able to stay at home with her and savor the moments.
