Christmas time!!!

When I was younger, one year my grandparents gave us all pajamas for Christmas...and we got to open them on Christmas Eve!! We only did it one year, but I loved it so much, I vowed to always do it with my own family. I've done pretty well with accomplishing this with just Peter and I, but its funner now with a child. Below is us on Christmas Eve opening our pajamas...

As for the rest of Christmas on the next day, her daddy took her to church, but we opened our stockings before they left. She loves her stocking stuffer from her dad, which is an owl in an ALTA ski resort sweatshirt.

She loved the bows, and she loved ripping things, but her attention span and the concept of unwrapping something was lacking. She was a great sport though, and by the time we hit 6 pm, she had opened her final present.

As for Peter and I, we were pretty low key this year. We opened presents when Elsje was down for a nap. I mentioned to Peter that I wanted a box of chocolates for christmas, so when he was out and about, he got me "chocolates"....

A 5 LB bar of chocolate...just what a pregnant lady wants......

And as for Peter, he's happy with Socks and bike stuff.
